Implementation Group MCS - Members - Status June 2006

Representatives of the Helsinki Commission (HELCOM) and of the Oslo-Paris Commission (OSPAR) will participate as observers to the activities of the MCS implementation group.
The secretariat of the MCS implementation group will be provided by the DG Enterprise and Industry of the European Commission.
